KYLE

Kyle joined Ghent Landscape in 2024. He is responsible for the continued development of the organization's Health & Safety Management System, ongoing safety training initiatives, job site inspections, and chairing the Ghent Joint Health & Safety Committee. Kyle came to Ghent Landscape with a varied resume, having worked in the trades most of his life, and pivoting into Health and Safety over the COVID Pandemic. He has experience working as a trades supervisor in both construction and industrial environments, as well as Health and Safety experience in large ICI, steel and precast fabrication industries. 

 

 

Kyle's approach to safety is one based heavily in practicality, process and education. He is a firm believer that Safety is not a cost centre, but is a profit motivator.That by educating your workforce and creating practical processes you can aid workers in being more effective and efficient in their day to day tasks while also maintaining a safe work environment at the forefront of it all.
