Assistant Landscape Maintenance Manager

Alyssa has been with the company since 2015. Alyssa does a little bit of everything around Ghent! Whether she's sitting behind a desk, or behind the controls of a machine - we can always count on her! She supervises daily work of landscape maintenance and landscape softscape crews, provides training to staff and implements policies and procedures to staff. She also supervises work quality and crew efficiency, schedules employees, plans and implements Horticulture work for Ghent clients and provides communication to clients. We're so lucky to have a woman like Alyssa on our team.
